Youth Fall Sports

Horizons Edge Sports Campus is excited to announce our youth fall leagues! With the cancellation of youth sports this fall, we wanted to step up for the community and provide a safe, cleanly venue for our local athletes to play and enjoy the games they love.

This October, The Edge will host three leagues for students in middle school and up. Beginning with girls’ volleyball, we will host this fast and furious 6 on 6 hardcourt game. Also, on the hardcourt, we will have basketball leagues for 5 on 5 slamming fun. Finally, we are bringing flag football and Friday Night Lights to The Edge. Blue Ridge Honda will be sponsoring this weekly event. We encourage parents and friends to come to watch your youth play under the lights.

Chad Seibert, Coach for Blaze Basketball AAU club at the Edge, speaks on the “Lack of AAU basketball impacting recruits amidst COVID-19” in an article by WHSV. Coach Seibert and several athletes are quoted on the different impacts the Coronavirus has had on basketball’s future stars.
